The Constitution and Executive Policies are the governing documents of the Residence Hall Association. These are living documents and they continue to change as RHA grows. The Constitution details the procedures and rules pertaining to the members of the councils and the General Body, the duties of the Executive Board, meetings and committees, funding, and parliamentary procedure. The Executive Policies provide regulations pertaining to the Executive Board, Executive Officers, and the symbols and oaths of RHA.
