Judicial Procedures
Students who attend Case Western Reserve University are expected to preserve the university's academic integrity and judicial codes of conduct. All faculty and staff at the university recognize the importance of maintaining these standards and expect our students to share in that responsibility.
Those who enroll at Case are provided with information about judicial policies and procedures when they first enroll at the university and again during new student orientation. Student Affairs programming is designed to remind students of their judicial obligations and educate them about procedural and policy initiatives.
It is our goal to develop socially responsible students and challenge them to become ethical life-long leaders. We will not tolerate any forms of academic dishonesty, misrepresentation, or unreasonable conduct at Case. Students who choose to engage in wrongdoing will be evaluated by the vice president for student affairs or a designated representative to determine if further judicial action is warranted. For additional information, please refer to the disciplinary policies outlined in this section.
Judicial Conduct at Case
University judicial files are maintained by the Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs in the Office of Student Affairs.
