Sexual Conduct Policies

It is the policy of Case Western Reserve University to provide a positive, discrimination-free academic and working environment. All members of the university community share responsibility for avoiding, discouraging, and reporting any form of sexual misconduct.

Case has a set of broad policies on sexual conduct that cover sexual assault, sexual harassment, consensual relationships, and drug and alcohol use. Any member of the university community who violates one of these policies or is the victim of someone who violates them is free to pursue both the internal university process and a variety of external processes, such as filing a police report, hiring a lawyer, and contacting appropriate public agencies.

More information about these policies is available on the Sexual Conduct at Case website.
