How to Use Open Communicator

Open Communicator is the new online appointment tool in University Health Service. It features a variety of helpful options, including online appointments and secure messaging with UHS staff. As long as you have a network ID and password, you can access it at any time.

Accessing the Open Communicator Website

To schedule online appointments or send secure e-mail to Health Service staff and other healthcare providers, login to the Open Communicator system:

Step 1: From your computer' s Internet Explorer window, go to: https://myhealthconnect.case.edu/. Enter your network ID and password. (This is provided to you once you enroll at Case.)

Step 2: Enter your birthdate, then click on the Proceed button.

Once you login, you will see several links on the left side of your screen. There are a number of options available, including Appointments, Messages, and Immunizations.
