Be Sure That The University Payroll Office Has Your Current Address (12/3/2004)
If you have worked on campus during 2004, the University will issue you a
W-2 Form (a statement of your earnings and the taxes withheld.) You will need this form in order to file an income tax return.
To ensure prompt delivery of your W-2 Form, you must have your current address on file before December 19, 2004.
Graduate students who have recently moved to a new address should inform the payroll office by telephone (368-4290), fax (368-3592), or email the Payroll Office.
Undergraduate students should give their new address to Student Employment by telephone (368-4533) or email Susan Alexander.
