Bike Removal

If you have a bike stored in a bike room in a residence hall or on a bike rack, you will need to pick up a pink strap from the Wade, Fribley or Yost Area office and attach it to your bike frame.

If the pink strap is not attached, we will begin removing bikes from bike rooms and bike racks. All bikes will be removed from trees, fences, poles and benches regardless of pink strap. If you have your bike attached to a tree, fence, or pole, please relocate your bike to a bike rack. The bike removal process will begin May 23, 2012, and all removed biked will be donated to charity.

We apologize for the inconvenience. If you have questions or concerns, please contact the North or South Area Office 368-1010 or 368-1011.

Parking Information for Student Move-out

Please review the following parking and traffic updates to assist students and families during student move-out:

  1. Residential parking lots -- Lots 4, 5, 57, and S-46 -- will be open starting Friday, May 4 through Monday, May 21. Parking permits are still required to park in the lots overnight or more than one day.
  2. One-way streets - Juniper Road and E. 115 Street -- Beginning on Saturday, May 5, these two roads convert to one-way streets to assist with congestion on the road during move-out. Any car parked on Juniper Road or parked illegally (in front a hydrant, double-parked, etc.) will be ticketed and/or towed. Please obey the rules.
  3. Vehicles will not be allowed to drive-up near the buildings to load vehicles. Barricades are placed to prohibit this. If barricades are moved and cars are driving on courtyards or up to buildings, they will be subject to ticketing. Loading zones are identified in parking lots, along streets and in the access drives by The Village at 115.
