What is your job? |
|
As the manager of custodial services, I am responsible for the administration of the cleaning program in the department of Housing, Residence Life & Greek Life. In this capacity, I ensure that the operational cleaning objectives are met. Overseeing a staff of 46 associates including two supervisors and four group leaders, I am accountable for the growth, development, and morale of the lead subordinates while delivering pristine residential facilities.
