South Residential Village

Each South Residential Village suite consists of six individual rooms and one common room connecting the six rooms. Each suite also has its own personal bathroom to be shared among the six suite residents. See the floor plans for layout details.

Each individual room comes with

• 1 large closet
• 1 extra long bed (33"x83")
• 6 drawers and 1 cabinet built into the bed box
• 1 desk with multiple shelves overhead
• 2 small drawers and 1 large drawer built into the desk
• 1 desk chair
• 1 wall outlet (2 plugs) and 1 outlet strip above the desk (4 plugs)
• 1 faceplate beneath the desk
• 1 small trash can

Each common area for the suite comes with:

• 1 microwave
• 1 dining table with 4 chairs
• 1 coffee table
• 2 lounge chairs
• 1 couch
• Garbage can and recycling bins
• 3 wall outlets

Each bathroom comes with:

• 2 sinks
• 1 toilet
• 1 urinal
• 1 walk-in shower
• 1 large mirror
