Housing Programs

Undergraduate Housing

Case offers numerous opportunities for undergraduate students who want to pursue their academic goals in an environment that encourages success through living and learning. Thrust into the heart of Cleveland's University Circle area, the Case campus is an exciting place to live, learn and explore.

Graduate Housing

Due to increasing enrollment of our undergraduate student population, Case does not currently offer an on-campus graduate housing option. In the coming years, we plan to offer new options specifically for graduate and professional students and their families.

Recovery House

Open to eligible undergraduate, graduate and professional school students from Case, Cleveland Institute of Music, Cleveland Institute of Art and the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine, Recovery House assists resident students in developing healthy life skills while remaining free of alcohol and other drugs. The mission is both simple and challenging: to help at-risk students regain their ability to remain active in school, make healthy choices and contribute to Case's powerful learning environment.

Applying for Housing

First-Year Student Housing Assignments

All first year students complete their housing application and room selection online through the New Student Checklist. Students are able to request a specific residential college as well as a specific roommate.

Room Selection

Each year, returning students participate in a room selection process in order to select the new room for the upcoming year.

Summer Programs

Summer Student Housing

Summer housing offers accommodations that are comparable to those offered during the academic year. Amenities also include network access, cable, and telephone. The program is available as an extension of the Housing and Residence Life Program and is only available to registered Case undergraduate students.

Summer Guest Housing

During the summer months, housing is also available to faculty, staff and guests of the university and affiliated University Circle institutions. Case also offers short-term housing for students that are not eligible for the standard summer housing program.

Summer Conference Housing

Housing is also available for group conferences during the summer months. We have select units available for corporate groups and others that are attending group meetings in the area.

Off-Campus Housing

The Case Office of Housing, Residence Life & Greek Life offers an online Off-Campus listing service called ALOHA. The service features a list of off-campus apartments and housing information for Case students, faculty, and staff. Case is not acting as a realtor, nor is it providing any of the services as a realtor for profit. We only provide the posting service and rental information.
