Summer Conference Housing: Your Place At Case
The summer Conference & Guest Housing Program at Case Western Reserve University begins May 18 and ends on August 3, 2008.
Summer Conference Housing at Case provides a convenient and low-cost alternative to local hotels. Located in the "uptown" area of Cleveland, Case is nestled among such extraordinary venues as Cleveland Botanical Garden, Cleveland Museum of Natural History, Cleveland Museum of Art, Cleveland Play House, and others. With University Hospitals and the Cleveland Clinic both adjacent to campus, the accommodations at Case are a great way to make the most of your visit.

Campus Housing
The Village at 115 offers a wide range of modern amenities for groups that need accommodations between mid-May and early August. Apartment-style suites include plasma TVs in each lounge, and wireless internet access is also available. Rooms in the village offer double beds and air conditioning, and each unit includes full kitchen accommodations, private bath and shower.
Our traditional residence halls provide basic amenities, plus our guests enjoy the convenience and low-cost option. Single rooms are comfortably outfitted with beds, dressers, desks, and chairs, as well as linens, blankets, towels, hangers, and soap. The North Residential Village facilities are located one-and-a-half blocks north of Euclid Avenue, a main thoroughfare in Cleveland. Each floor in a north campus traditional residence hall offers a comfortable study or TV lounge.
Summer Conference Housing is also available in our South Residential Village traditional residence halls, located on Murray Hill Road and Carlton Road. Rooms located in south campus traditional halls are arranged in suites of six single rooms. All rooms are comfortably outfitted with a twin bed, dresser, desk, and desk chair.

Linen Service
Guests may elect to have linen service for a basic fee of $15.00 in the traditional residence halls or $20.00 in The Village at 115. Linen service provides bed and bathroom linens, including sheets, blankets, pillow, pillow case, towels and washcloths. Guests may also provide their own linens.
Guests who elect to have linen service may opt to keep their linens for the duration of their stay or pay to have their linens exchanged on a scheduled basis. The linen program provides maximum flexibility so that you may determine the level of service you prefer.
How to apply
All conference housing applicants must be affiliated with Case, a University Circle institution, or other approved educational program.
