Guest Housing

The summer Conference & Guest Housing Program at Case Western Reserve University begins May 18 and ends on August 3, 2008.

Summer guest housing at Case offers a pleasant and affordable alternative for your summer housing needs. Housing is available in traditional residence halls, as well as The Village at 115.

Housing Options

When you make a reservation through the Case summer housing program, you'll pay a lot less than what you might pay at other hotels and conference centers. Check out the following options and rate plans available:

Features and Benefits

Our Summer Guest Housing Program provides guests with a wide range of amenities, including the convenience and security of being close to classrooms, libraries, laboratories, administrative offices, and other campus facilities.

  • a convenient check-in/check-out procedure
  • campus and local telephone service
  • cooking facilities (microwave, stove, refrigerator)
  • coin-operated laundry machines
  • vending machines (soda, snacks)
  • convenient access to Cleveland and University Circle public transportation

Guest housing is also close to popular Cleveland attractions and institutions, including:

  • Cleveland Museum of Art and the Museum of Natural History
  • Severance Hall and Cleveland Music School Settlement
  • University Hospitals and Rainbow Babies and Children's Center
  • Tower City, Progressive Field, and Quicken Loans Arena
  • Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Great Lakes Science Center
  • Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (short ride on the RTA)
Linen Service

Guests may elect to have linen service for a basic fee of $15.00 in the traditional residence halls or $20.00 in The Village at 115. Linen service provides bed and bathroom linens, including sheets, blankets, pillow, pillow case, towels and washcloths. Guests may also provide their own linens.

Guests who elect to have linen service may opt to keep their linens for the duration of their stay or pay to have their linens exchanged on a scheduled basis. The linen program provides maximum flexibility so that you may determine the level of service you prefer.
