The online housing application is now available online!
Housing applications must be completed online, making it easier for groups of students to sign up together, and for students currently residing off campus to participate. We are also providing most forms online for you to download. Finally, we have provided a room selection flowchart to guide you through the process and determine what option is right for you!
If you have any questions, contact the residence life staff in your building for assistance. You can also send an e-mail to housing@case.edu, or visit one of our message boards. We will keep this site up to date with the latest information as it becomes available.
Important Information
By submitting an application, or by participating in room selection, you are agreeing to live on campus for the 2008-2009 academic year.
You will not be released from this contract for non-registration-related reasons (i.e. commuting, moving into a Greek house) after you complete an application or choose a room, except as described in the Residence Hall Agreement. Your first opportunity to be released from this contract will not occur until the spring semester of 2009. Your first opportunity to change your assignment will not occur until the third week of classes for the fall semester. If you do not plan to live on campus, you should not participate in room selection. If you find that you need to move back on campus at a later date, you can submit an application at that time.
If you are unsure about whether or not you will be living on campus for the fall semester, you should carefully consider your decision to participate in the room selection process. If you choose a room, you may be denied a release later or incur cancellation penalties. Your cancellation may also affect the room assignments for your roommates.
If you decide not to choose a room at this time, you can always apply for a room later.
