The Murray Hill Complex is home to students in both the Second Year Experience and the Upperclass and Graduating Senior Experiences. Alumni House and Howe House, as well as some areas of Staley House, are designated as second-year communities.
The Murray Hill Complex is commonly referred to as "The Bottom of the Hill" because it is nestled at the foot of a bluff on Murray Hill Road, on the edge of the historic Cleveland neighborhood of Little Italy. You will hear both students and staff use this phrase to describe the location of this dynamic residence community.
The Murray Hill community has had a number of traditional events, including International Thanksgiving and provocative discussions about gender roles in society, as well as participating in the Second Year Experience events such as the Lunar New Year's Party and the Alumni Mystery Bus Tour.
