Each student that lives in a University-operated residence hall or Greek house must sign a residence hall agreement each year. The agreement governs the occupancy of the unit, details of payment, cancellation terms, and more.

Every student has rights and responsibilities when living in a residence hall at Case. Our housing policies outline the goals and expectations for every student, so each student respects the personal rights of others.
At Case, we believe in sustainable housing. In 2009, our Village of 115 complex received a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Silver rating.
