3 All students residing in any campus housing with network service (including non-University operated Greek houses) will be charged a technology fee of $200 per semester.

Meal Plan

All students residing in University-operated housing facilities are required to participate in a meal plan. Meal plan meals are offered in Fribley and Leutner Dining Commons. Incoming Freshmen are required to participate in either the "Flex 19" or "Flex 17" plan.

CASEcash is available with any meal plan in $100, $200 or $300/semester denominations.  CASEcash can be used at all retail dining locations on campus as well as to pay for guest meals in the dining commons. In addition, they can be used like cash at the University bookstore; snack shops; selected copy, vending, and laundry machines; and selected University Circle and area merchants. Dollars can also be added with a credit card at any time through the CaseOneCard web site or using cash at value transfer stations on campus. Check here for more information.

1 CASEcash dining points obtained as part of a Flex meal plan expire with the last scheduled meal plan meal for spring semester.  Unused points will carry-over from the fall to the spring semester.  At the end of the spring semester points cannot be transferred or carried over to the summer or fall.  If a student has Flex points, and standard (non-expiring) CASEcash, the points that expire will automatically be spent first.

2 Semester rate is only available for occupancy beginning in the spring semester, or when the resident graduates or is granted a release as described in the Residence Hall Agreement.

3 The Carte Blanche meal plan is being phased out, and is only available to returning students.  The option is not available on our online application.  Students who are currently in the plan will need to contact the ID Center to remain on that plan.
