Services
Students can use our online housing information system (also known has HARLD,
pronounced "hair-old") to access information on housing assignments, roommates
and billing; submit housing applications; and maintain personal information.
You will be required to log in with your Case network ID and password.
Case is pleased to offer an extensive cable television lineup to all
residential and Greek students. Our network faceplates bring bring local
channels, popular cable networks, and local Case local channels to each building
and room.
Case has teamed with ASI-Maytag to provide Case students with the most
energy-efficient and technologically-advanced laundry service available
anywhere!
Each residence hall room is equipped with a connection to Case's
state-of-the-art network offering access to a world of educational resources and
information. Each resident is provided a gigabit Ethernet port, and can also
access our extensive wireless network. Because of the unique nature of our

Housing, Residence Life & Greek Life has contracted with Collegeboxes.com
to provide summer storage options to residential students. This option provides
for the secure storage of items at an off-campus location.
The Case residential telephone service provides residents with campus, local,
and toll-free telephone service. Our voice over IP (VoIP) telephone system
offers new calling features to residential students. For simplicity, the service
is delivered to each room as a standard analog telephone jack.
