eSuds Services
The eSuds™ website allows you to view washer/dryer availability and to sign up for notifications when your laundry is done. Select your residence hall from the list on the left side of the screen to see the status of the washers and dryers in your building.
The "Register for Auto-Notification" button in the upper-right corner allows you to be receive an e-mail when your laundry is done. Use your abc123@case.edu address when configuring the automatic notifications.

What is eSuds™?
eSuds™ is an innovative online laundry system that gives students the ability to:
- Go online to check if washers and dryers are available in specific laundry rooms
- Use their CaseOneCard to activate and pay for wash and dry cycles
using CaseCash
- Receive notification that their wash and dry cycles are complete via e-mail
What do the availabilities mean?
eSuds™ reports the following statuses for washers and dryers:
- "Available" means that another user has not started a particular machine
- "In use" means a user has started the machine and it is in use
- "Cycle Complete" means the cycle is complete, but the user has not opened the machine's door to remove their laundry
How do the notifications work?
Notifications work two ways:
- If the laundry room is busy, you can request to be notified when a specified washer and/or dryer become available
- If you have laundry in a washer or dryer, you can request to be notified when your load of laundry has completed the washing or drying cycle
What if I have a problem with eSuds™? (cannot read my card, no power, etc.)
To report a problem, fill out a maintenance request form online. You can submit a work order once you log in with your Case network ID and password.
