On-Campus calls

1. Pick up the phone and wait for the dial tone
2. Dial the 7-digit number starting with 368 or 754

Off-Campus Local Calls (216 area)

Case is part of the 216 area code, which covers much of the greater Cleveland area.

2. Dial 9 to access an outside line
3. Dial the 7-digit telephone number

Off-Campus Local Calls (330 or 440 area)

Some numbers in the 330 or 440 area codes are part of the greater Cleveland local calling area.

1. Pick up the phone and wait for the dial tone
2. Dial 9 to access an outside line
3. Dial 1 plus the 10-digit telephone number

Toll-Free Calls

Toll-free calls can be made to the 800, 888, 877, and 866 area codes.

Long Distance Calls

Long distance calling is not directly available from residence hall telephones. You can call collect or use a calling card and access a long distance service through the use of an 800 number.
