The Assistant V.P for Judicial Affairs, or designee, is the first point of contact for all judicial procedures that involve commuter students at Case Western Reserve University. If a student has violated a policy of the university, a meeting is held with the student to review the incident and determine an appropriate resolution.
If the outcome cannot be resolved appropriately, a student can request a Commuter Administrative Hearing. Students who are found responsible for a specific violation may be given disciplinary sanctions, depending on the nature of the offense.
