Students are prohibited from using a University-provided telephone line to contract for any product or service other than direct-dialed telecommunication services. These prohibited services include, but are not limited to, calling cards billed to a university number, 1-900, operator service charges, and the acceptance of a collect call. The resident(s) of a room/suite shall be responsible for all prohibited charges billed to the telephone line, plus a $25 service fee.
