Theft

Students are expected to respect the property belonging to persons other than themselves, as well as University property in residential facilities. Students should never take possession of items belonging to other persons. Theft includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  1. Theft from of a member of the University community or a campus visitor
  2. Removal of University property from its permanent location

Such unauthorized removal may also result in a special assessment against the student for the cost of locating and transporting furnishings back to their appropriate locations.
