Case Treks!
Students who participate in Case Treks will be venturing off to Ohiopyle State Park in Fayette County, Pa. Ohiopyle State Park
encompasses about 19,052 acres of rugged natural beauty and serves as
the gateway to the Laurel Mountains. The focal point of the area is the Youghiogheny River Gorge [yaw-ki-gay-nee], which passes through the heart of the park for more than 14 miles. The "Yough" [yawk] provides
some of the best white water rafting in the eastern U.S.
Before going, I was apprehensive about beginning my freshman year, but after Case Treks, I saw it as more of an adventure. Case Ventures was a great experience!
