Residential Living

Creating a unique college experience is a big part of residential living at Case. Our goal is to assist your student in creating a positive learning environment and offer them a unique opportunity to live on their own as they make their journey from first-year student to graduating senior.

Case has a two-year residency requirement for first- and second-year students. All first-year students live in the North Residential Village, which is comprised of 11 residence halls. Students who are in their second year at Case, or attend school as upperclassmen, live in the South Residential Village or the Village at 115, Case's newest apartment complex. About 30 percent of Case undergraduates belong to one of 22 Greek sororities and fraternities on campus.

Students play an active role in running the residence halls and Greek houses on campus. In addition, students who live here at Case have numerous opportunities to participate in campus activities, civic events, student organizations and study groups.
