Leading Case First-Year Students
Begin your first year experience with the Emerging Leaders Program, an exciting opportunity reserved for first-year students.

Whether you are new to the idea of leadership or a seasoned veteran, the Emerging Leaders Program will provide you with a great foundation to grow as a leader at Case Western Reserve University.
Students will participate in a variety of ELP events that include:
- ELP Institute
- Membership in a Student Organization
- Leadership Workshops
- Mentoring Program
- Retreat
- Team Meetings
- Leadership Conference
Throughout the ELP, participants will be exposed to the five leadership practices set forth in The Leadership Challenge:
