Leading Case First-Year Students

Case Western Reserve University is proud to announce an exciting opportunity reserved for first-year students.

• Are you a first-year student looking to get the most out of your Case experience?
• Do you want to get involved in the Case community, but don't know where to start?
• Do you want to bring your leadership skills to the next level?

If so, then the ELP could be just what you are looking for!

Students will participate in a variety of core events that include:

• ELP Institute
• Membership in a Student Organization 
• Leadership Workshops 
• Mentoring Program
• Retreat
• Team Meetings
• Leadership Conference

Throughout the ELP, participants will be exposed to the five leadership practices set forth in The Leadership Challenge:

• Modeling the Way
• Inspiring a Shared Vision
• Enabling Others to Act
• Challenging the Process
• Encouraging the Heart
