Emerging Leaders Program
Case Western Reserve University is proud to announce an exciting opportunity reserved for first-year students.
- Are you a first-year student looking to get the most out of your Case experience?
- Do you want to get involved in the Case community, but don't know where to start?
- Do you want to bring your leadership skills to the next level?
If so, then the ELP could be just what you are looking for!
Students will participate in a variety of core events that include:
- Organizational Membership
- Student Leadership Practice Inventory
- Retreat
- Team Meetings
Throughout the ELP, participants will be exposed to the five leadership practices set forth in The Leadership Challenge:
- Modeling the Way
- Inspiring a Shared Vision
- Enabling Others to Act
- Challenging the Process
- Encouraging the Heart
