For the Emerging Leaders Program final project each small group responsible for selecting an issue in the Case Western Reserve University community and creating a video Public Service Announcement that:

• Defined their topic, its status, impact, and relevance in the CWRU community
• Had recommendations on how to address their topic through the lens of the 5 exemplary practices of leadership:

  2. Inspire a Shared Vision
  3. Challenge the Process
  4. Enable Others to Act
  5. Encourage the Heart
