Free Printing for Undergraduate Students
The Print2Here program has teamed with Housing, Residence Life & Greek Life and Educational Services for Students to offer limited free printing to undergraduate students.
Free Printing Limits
Each registered undergraduate will receive 500 free print pages each semester for the 2008-2009 academic year. If you have questions about your free printing allowance, please contact us.
Students may print additional pages for 5 cents per page charged to their CaseCash account.
Summer 2008 Printing Information
Students may use the remainder of their spring 2008 allocation throughout the summer.
Fall 2008 Printing Dates
Printing credit for fall 2008 will be applied on one of three dates, depending on the date of registration:
- August 15 for students registered as of August 11
- August 22 for students registered as of August 20
- September 10 for students registered as of September 5
Printing credits for fall 2008 expire on December 31, 2008. Free printing credit does not carry over to subsequent semesters.
Spring 2009 Printing Dates
Printing credit for spring 2009 will be applied on one of two dates, depending on the date of registration:
- January 8 for students registered as of January 5
- January 28 for students registered as of January 23
Printing credits for spring 2009 continue through the summer and expire on August 9, 2009. Free
printing credit does not carry over to subsequent semesters.
