Installing on Windows Vista

  1. Click the start button (Windows icon) and select Control Panel.

  2. Select Printer from the Hardware and Sound item.

  3. Click the Add a printer button.

  4. Click Add a Local Printer.

  5. Click Create a new port and select Standard TCP/IP Port from the drop-down.

  6. Click Next.
  7. Type the address of the Print2Here printer you are installing:
    • print2carlton.case.edu
    • print2fribley.case.edu
    • print2sears.case.edu
    • print2thwing.case.edu
    • print2village.case.edu
    • print2wade.case.edu
    Enter Hostname
  8. The Port name field will be completed automatically.
  9. Click Next
  10. Select Xerox from the Manufacturer list and Xerox Document Centre 426 PS from the printers list.

  11. Click Next.
  12. Type the printer name in the field provided.

    • Check Set as the default printer if you want to use this Print2Here printer as your default printer.
  13. Click Next.
  14. Click Finish.

    Finished
  15. Disable Banner Pages.
