To print a document so that multiple pages are printed on one sheet of paper, select
Print
from the file menu of the application you want to print from.
To the right of the printer name, press
Properties
.
Set the
Pages Per Sheet
to your preference.
Press
OK
, then
OK
again to print your document.
MacOS X
When printing a document, select
Layout
from the drop-down menu marked "Copies and Pages".
Set
Pages per Sheet
as you like.
Press
Print
