If you have a question or require assistance installing the appropriate printer drivers for your computer, contact the Information Systems Help Desk at 368-HELP.

Out of Paper or Paper Jams

Each printer has a "key operator" who is responsible for ensuring the printer is operational. Contact the operator posted on the printer for paper problems.

Other Printer Malfunctions

Each printer has a "key operator" who is responsible for ensuring the printer is operational. Contact the operator posted on the printer for other problems. That person will contact our printing vendor to arrange a repair. If a printer is out of service, you may still print to one of the others.
