They are assigned the task of software tests because their particular disorders make them a good match for the job.  Even though these people would be in the top of their field, the company pays them a market competitive wage.  Is this working arrangement a positive one for the disabled persons?

Two friends, who were seated, tried to tell the attendants that the man couldn't stop until his prayers were over in about 2 minutes. Bolingbrook police were called to fellow officer Drew Peterson's home eighteen times in two years because of trouble between husband and wife. Peterson's second wife could not get authorities to arrest him, and in fact, she was the only one ever charged for domestic battery. After his recent guilty plea to charges of disorderly conduct, Senator Larry Craig's lawyers asked the Ethics Committee to stop any investigation into Senator Craig's behavior saying there was no precedent for the Committee to investigate "purely personal conduct unrelated to the performance of official Senate duties." In its letter to Republicans, however, the Ethics Committee said it could "discipline a member for any misconduct, including conduct or activity which does not directly relate to official duties, when such conduct unfavorably reflects on the institution as a whole."
