About the IT Operations Group

The IT Operations Group supports the staff and programs that support student growth and leadership! We handle the day-to-day maintenance of computer equipment and provide value-added electronic services for the Division of Student Affairs. This allows those staff members to spend more of their time providing direct services to students.

The group also maintains the following public lab or computer areas:

• Accenture Career Research Library
• Campus Information Displays
• Commuter Lounge Computer Area
• Multicultural Affairs Student Lounge
• Plain Dealer Electronic Learning Center
• Print2Here Program
• Residential Commons Kiosks
• The Village at 115 Kiosks
• Thwing Atrium CyberCafe
• TRIO Programs Lab
