Divisional Calendar
We are proud to announce the start of a Divisional Calendar. Our hope is for all the departments to utilize this calendar and post events and important meetings. The calendar will be visible to all members of the Division of Student Affairs (via Outlook). The goal is to encourage collaboration between departments and help simplify scheduling conflicts. Please take the time to review the guidelines set up by the calendar committee.
Calendar Guidelines
When submitting an event for the Divisional Calendar, please remember the following guidelines:
- Please do not submit individual meetings that you have for the semester.
- Please do not submit vacation days for yourself or staff members in your office.
- Please submit any meeting involving a large number of students, faculty, and/or staff.
- Please include as much detail as you can when submitting your event, including date, time, place, etc. As you finalize details, they can be added later by contacting the calendar administrator.
- Please submit staff and student retreats/training, since this may affect various departments/offices.
- Include your "target audience" Who would you like to come to this event?
- Include whether your event is mandatory for students/staff/faculty
- If the person submitting the event is not the organizer, please include who to contact about the event/program with any questions.
