Adding the Calendar in Microsoft Outlook

To add the Divisional Calendar in Microsoft Outlook, please follow the instructions below. If you are using Outlook 2003, the steps will be similar, but may look slightly different.

1. Open Microsoft Outlook. Click on the "Calendar" button, located at the bottom left of your screen.

2. Along the left-hand column, look for a link to "Open a Shared Calendar..."

3. When a dialog box appears, click on the "Name" button

4. In the search box, type "DOSA." You should see "DOSA Divisional Calendar." Select it and click "OK" at the bottom.
