Conference Phones
Conference phones can be reserved from ITOG whenever you need a number of people to join in on a telephone conversation during a meeting. These device include a speaker and one or more microphones so that people seated around a table can listen and speak to those communicating by phone.
ITOG has a conference phone that can be used with our analog phone system, which is still found in residence halls and the Village at 115. We also have a phone that can be used with the Voice over IP (VoIP) system, which is installed in academic and administrative buildings across campus. Please determine which phone system you will be using before requesting a phone. Connection and usage of these phones is very straight-forward because they function very much like a regular telephone.
