Web Browser

The IT Operations Group has chosen Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 (IE 7) as the standard web browser on divisional computers. IE 7 is much easier to maintain and keep up-to-date than the alternatives, especially on the number of computers that the IT Operations Group manages. IE 7 also offer feaures such as tabbed browsing, which made alternative browsers such as Firefox popular, as well as some customized features we have developed for division staff members:

Search Providers

Searching is even easier in IE 7. These search provider plugins allow you to search various Case resources directly from the search box in your browser.
