Online Support
Divisional computers are configured to use the new Online Support feature in Internet Explorer 7. For staff member accounts, the Online Support option will open a page of useful links, many of which were on the help sidebar in older versions of IE. For guest accounts, the Online Support option will take users to the ITS Help Desk.
To access Online Support:
- Open Internet Explorer from the start menu or desktop.
- Click on the blue ? button in the upper-right portion of the screen, then select Online Support.
- The appropriate online support page should load in your browser window.
