Document Sharing

ITS has begun to offer a university-wide document sharing system known as Docshare. The system is still in the beta phase, so there may be some bugs in the system. Student Affairs users should continue to use the H: and P: drives for general file storage as these drives have better backup and recovery possibilities that Docshare. There are some occasions when using Docshare is appropriate, most notably when you need to share a document with someone outside the division or university.

Files on Docshare are primarily accessed through a web interface. You can control access to your files, allowing as many or as few people to see an individual file or folder.
