Instant Messaging
Case has deployed a campus-wide instant messaging service which allows Case users to message one another using software called Spark. In addition to messaging other users at Case, Spark allows users to log in to their AIM, Yahoo, MSN, Google Talk, and/or ICQ account—all from the same client. This lets you keep in touch with non-Case users without having to install extra software. There is even a web interface available that allows you to keep in contact with people from any computer with an internet connection.
