Chatting with Multiple Contacts at Once

  1. From the "Actions" menu, select "Start a conference..."

    Actions -> Start Conference
  2. In the window that opens, name the room and type a message that will be sent to those you invite to the conference.

  3. Click the "Roster" button to invite contacts to the conference.

  4. The roster window shows your contacts that are online, select the user(s) to invite and click "Ok."

  5. Click "Invite" and a conference room will be created.

  6. The users you invited will show up as they confirm their invitations.
