Starting Spark

  1. Open My Computer by clicking its icon in your Start menu or on your Desktop.
  2. Type H:\Applications\Spark in the address bar.
  3. Find and double-click the file Spark.exe.
  4. Enter your Case network ID and password in the login screen, then click Login.

  5. You are now logged in to Spark.
Configuring Spark to Automatically Start

If you want Spark to start automatically when you log in to your computer, follow these directions.

  1. From the Spark menu, select Preferences.

  2. Click the Login icon.

  3. Check the box marked Launch on Startup and click Close.

Disabling Chat Logs

By default, Spark logs all conversations and saves them on your computer. If you prefer a bit more privacy, you can disable the chat-logging feature.

  1. From the Spark menu, select Preferences.

  2. On the Chat tab Check the box that says Disable Chat History.

  3. A window opens asking if you want to delete existing conversations, click Yes.

  4. Click Close to exit the preferences menu.
