The IT Operations Group tracks pricing with preferred vendors to keep a stock of printer ink, toner and maintenance kits. These prices are often significantly less expensive than obtaining the cartridges through Corporate Express. Many printers have high-capacity cartridge options which can save you a significant amount of money as well.

If we don't have an item in stock, we can usually have it within one business day. Just let us know if you need one of these items. We can have it to you and remove the old parts for recycling.

We generally recommend the use of new brand-name cartridges on newer printers. Generic brands are available for older printers in high-volume environments.
