Accessing Electronic Mail

Getting access to your electronic mail is one of the easiest ways to get a little bit of work done while not on campus!

Outlook Web Access

The easiest way to get to your email from a non-divisional computer is to use Outlook Web Access. OWA allows you to access almost all of the functionality of your mailbox through a web browser. Additionally, no special setup is required.

Case Web Mail

Staff in University Health Service and University Counseling Services who have not been migrated to the Student Affairs domain must use the Case Web mail site. This site gives you access to email only. Only newly delivered mail may be available, depending on the configuration of your desktop computer.

Any staff that have their voice mail delivered to their telephone may also use this site to check the messages on their telephone. Just look in the "UM-Messages" folder. Please note that if you delete messages from this folder using the web client, the message light on your telephone will stay lit.
