Case Web Mail & Calendar Services

This information only applies to staff in the following departments whose mail is not held on the Student Affairs mail server. Other staff should follow the instructions for accessing your mail from our server.

  • University Counseling Service
  • University Health Service
  • University Farm

All staff who have voicemail messages delivered to their telephone can use these instructions for accessing the voice mail messages on the phone.

Case Web Mail

You can access your mail remotely by visiting the site below.  You will use your Case network ID and password to log onto the server. Only electronic mail is available from this site. Depending on the configuration of your desktop computer, only newly delivered messages may be available.

Case Web Calendar

You can access your calendar remotely by visiting the site below.  You will use your Case network ID and password to log onto the server. Only calendar information is available from this site.
