Accessing Documents from Outlook
You can access files in your "My Documents" folder from anywhere using Outlook Web Access. You should be able to access files on the H drive as well, though we are still investigating an error that occasionally occurs. Please note that Outlook Web Accesss only allows you to download or view your documents, not edit them.
Accessing "My Documents"
- Log in to Outlook Web Access using Internet Explorer.
- Select "Documents" in the lower-left corner of the window.

- Click "Open Location" in the upper-left area of the window and type "\\cwruads.net\dosa\homes\abc123" in the box that opens, replacing abc123 with your Case network ID, then click "Open."

- Click "Add to Favorites" from the top menu and click "Ok" in the screen that pops up.
- Once you add the folder to your favorites, you should not have to repeat any of the above steps, it will always appear in the left menu of your "Documents" screen.

Accessing The H Drive
- Log in to Outlook Web Access using Internet Explorer.

- If you receive an error stating that "The item that you attempted to access no longer exists," close your browser and try again later. We are investigating what causes this error.

- Click "Add to Favorites" from the top menu and click "Ok" in the screen that pops up.
- Once you add the folder to your favorites, you should not have to repeat any of the above steps, it will always appear in the left menu of your "Documents" screen.
