Our rooms in Thwing Center can accommodate everything from seminars to banquets to ballroom dancing. Our professional staff will give you all the assistance you need with furnishings, audio-visual equipment, catering, and more.
Reserve Your Space Online
Our facilities fill up fast, so you should begin the reservation process early by completing our online form. USG-recognized student organizations may reserve space across campus via the Thwing Administration Office online form. You also can contact the Administrative Office for assistance.
Our mission is to serve the Case Western Reserve community, so our facilities are not available to outside organizations except during summer months.

The Office of Student Activities & Leadership can help you with your next event. Grab more attention with large, colorful banners or set a festive atmosphere with colorful balloons.
