Caterers
All food deliveries must be made through the underground tunnel - which can be accessed off of East Boulevard and Bellflower Road.
It is the responsibility of the organization or department that scheduled the room to insure that all food, beverage and catering supplies are removed from the meeting room at the conclusion of the event.
Caterers will not have access to refrigeration or warming equipment.
No red liquids or beer kegs allowed in the Ballroom or 1914 Lounge.
Delivery vehicles left unattended at loading dock maybe ticketed and/or towed.
