Setup and Breakdown
Undergraduate student organizations are responsible for their own setup and breakdown of tables and chairs.
Groups or individuals using space in Thwing Center are responsible for leaving the space or room in the condition found. Persons who leave a disorderly room may be charged a fee for cleaning and resetting the room in addition to the normal charges. Continual misuse may result in restricted reservation privileges.
After normal business hours and on weekends, the
Night and Weekend Manager will be the staff member in charge of the building. Should a change in room set-up be necessary, the department or non-affiliated group using the room will be charged a room set-up fee.
